Hardwood floors throughout, Air-conditioned, free WiFi completes the interior space. Off the living space is the balcony with a table and two high chairs perfect for morning coffee. The large porch covered front porch has four rocking chairs, a two person swing, two water hook-ups and four power outlets, perfect for boat charging. A fire pit, walking trail, tree house, picnic area with gas grill, easy in and out boat parking, and fee based Level 2 EV Charging station completes the outdoor space.
